Job Overview

Job Title: SIOP Analyst

Reporting To: Manager, Materials Management

Work Schedule: Onsite – Baguio City, PH

Responsibilities

• Ensure demand flowing to the site is aligned to monthly Demand Meeting Flow Downs.
• Ensure the site understands demand changes and scenarios requiring analysis and balanced through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including ‘Blue Sky’ or New Product Introduction (NPI) requirements.
• Identify and escalates inconsistencies in demand to the SIOP Manager, Demand Management and Program Management and follow-through the resolution of the gaps.
• Recommend constraint parts for Supply Chain, Inter‑Plant Ordering (IPO) Planning and Operations to review.
• Understand gaps to ensure the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is altered making it an achievable plan.
