Job Description
We are hiring a Silo Supervisor to manage daily grain and malt silo operations.
This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of raw materials, supporting continuous production and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Grain & malt handling: ensure grain and malt are received, stored, and moved correctly, following safety and quality standards.
- Food safety & quality: follow HACCP, GMP, and company rules, and conduct regular checks that all materials meet these standards.
- Blending accuracy: oversee the blending process and make sure it aligns with production needs and quality targets.
- Silo level management: monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and logistics to keep materials available on time.
- Operational efficiency: identify improvements to keep operations running smoothly, reduce downtime, and avoid waste.
