Responsibilities
We are hiring a Silo Supervisor to manage daily grain and malt silo operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and high‑quality handling of raw materials, supporting continuous production and delivery.
- Overseeing grain/malt intake
- Verifying blending accuracy
- Maintaining optimal silo levels
- Coordinating maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Leading and training a team
- Driving process improvements
- Maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- 2+ years in elevator or grain handling
- Strong food safety and quality control knowledge
