Signal Integrity Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power delivery (PI) analysis for high-speed interfaces
• Support electrical engineers by conducting signal and power simulations throughout the package design cycle
• Analyze electrical results including S-parameters, IR drop, loop inductance, and related metrics
• Provide design recommendations based on simulation results
• Prepare and present clear technical reports and documentation

• Utilize industry-standard simulation tools such as:

• ANSYS 3D Layout

• ANSYS Q3D
• Cadence PowerDC
• Cadence Power SI

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in signal integrity, power integrity, or related fields
• Proven hands-on experience with SI/PI simulation and modeling tools (ANSYS, ...
