• Siebel Configuration o Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management o Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
o Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
• CRM order Management & EAI
• Siebel Workforce management
• Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
• Siebel Field Service
• Siebel BI Publisher Reports
• Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
• Telco Experience is must
• Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledge
