Job Description:

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Industrial Trade Marketers to achieve business objectives and market growth targets.

Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.

Conduct regular field coaching, performance reviews, and capability-building sessions.
