SIARGAO BRANCH MANAGER

Major Deliverables: 

Effective and efficient overall branch management including but not limited to sales & marketing, admin, accounting, warehouse and logistics management , etc. 
Reports Submission. On-time submission of required reports 
Adherence to companys Mission, Vision and Core Values as a way of life.

Main Tasks:

Oversees and coordinates all branch daily operations from Admin, Accounting, Sales & Marketing Warehouse and Logistics, etc.
Directs and monitors staffs work performance
Provides training on staffs in all aspects of their roles
Ensures effective branch budget management
Creates and implements strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve
branch sales targets
Monitors & oversees sales and marketing strategies
Manages receivables in the branch
