Job Description

Join Shred-Tech as a Technical Support Engineer to lead customer communication and technical inquiries. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and system improvements while enhancing service quality.
In this role, you will take charge of technical service inquiries, working closely with clients to resolve issues relating to equipment and software. Your responsibilities include selling service programs, performing diagnostics, and ensuring proactive maintenance of customer systems. After-hour support may be needed, requiring a dependable schedule.
