Purpose:
The role is designed to coordinate all activities of retail sales in the ASSA ABLOY showrooms ensuring that customers and potential buyers get details, features and general product information, and complete the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities:
These will include the following but not limited to: -
Provide customer service assistance to customers and respond to customer inquiries and complaints as well as educating customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.Process customer orders, quotes, queries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous, efficient, professional and timely manner using company pricing system and policies, ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. These customer inquiries will come as showroom walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and referral by sales team.
