Short Term Planner Engineer (Viladecans)

Mission

The Short Term Planner Engineer is responsible for short-term planning and aircraft routing, ensuring the effective execution of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in a 24/7 operational environment. Based in the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), the role ensures fleet availability and continuous airworthiness compliance, while optimizing resource allocation and coordinating closely with operations and maintenance providers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in AMOS.
• Ensure the Vueling fleet remains airworthy with no expired tasks.
• Route aircraft for maintenance across the entire network in coordination with OCC (Operations Control Center).
• Coordinate with the maintenance provider for work acceptance.
• Organize special skills, facilities and tooling.
• Handle tasks deassignment and re‑planning.
