Shop Assistant (Seri Kembangan)

The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory and providing good customer service. The position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new stocks delivered
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given
• Responsible for retail selling

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM
• Age between 18-35
