MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES Counter sales – ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Warehouse – stock receiving, dispatching, picking off stock, stock takes. Colour matching. Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. Health and safety. Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Stock deliveries to customers. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of Grade 12. Valid driver’s license. Minimum 2‑3 years retail experience. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Product knowledge and computer literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook.
