Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end execution, coordination, and performance of outbound shipping and inbound receiving operations. This role directly impacts customer delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and plant efficiency. Strong execution in this position ensures smooth material flow, reduces errors and costs, and supports overall operational performance.

The Supervisor leads daily execution across packaging, loading, receiving, inspection coordination, and system transactions, while driving a structured, safe, and efficient environment. This role owns shipment readiness, receiving accuracy, and communication across Scheduling, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
