    • The Shipping & Receiving Representative II is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment of new or used product and equipment that leads to a high level of client satisfaction.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform daily receipt process by entering into company computer system from incoming UPS and truck shipments.
  • Perform daily shipping of new or used copier equipment or IT products.
  • Stage and prepare orders for delivery or UPS shipment.
  • Enter daily transfers or adjustments.
  • Perform local deliveries meeting client deadlines.
  • Ship parts for Technicians daily while meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts quarterly.
  • Provide backup assistance to other Shipping & Receiving team members when they are out including becoming cross trained in their areas.
