Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including preparation of shipping documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company procedures.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery or customs issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping/logistics within manufacturing, medical devices, or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
