Job Description
Coordinate the logistics and shipping of products to international customers, ensuring all documentation and customs clearance requirements are met
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping carriers, and customs authorities to optimise the shipping process and minimise delays
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping data to track the status of orders and shipments
Prepare and process all necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any shipping-related concerns
Continuously explore and implement improvements to the company's shipping operations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or import/export industry
