Job Scope:
- Provide support to the Team.
- Perform Customs Permit
- Arrangements with customers on delivery arrangements
- Address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Consolidate Documentations for clearance to and from the port
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any complaints.
