Job Description
The position coordinates the cement and cementitious foreign Shipping Payment activities, such as Freight payment, Dispatch, and Demurrage payment.
The position actively initiates coordination across key functions, partners, and service providers to ensure a smooth process for foreign shipping payment activities.
The position requires experience from a Shipping Agency handling Laytime Calculation (LTC) of cargo loading and discharging, and requires thorough attention to detail.
Monitors shipping activity.
Ensures the organization of records or shipping documents by timely tracking of shipping activity and communications.
Ensures timely and concise computation and confirmation of the LTC loadport and disport.
Ensures timely initiation of payment activity for Freight dues with proof of payment.
Ensures timely initiation of payment activity for LTC dispatch and demurrage dues with proof of payment.
