Shipping Assistant/Boarding Officer

JOB SUMMARY

· Responsible for the punctual efficient delivery of good service to customer according to company service standards assigned by superior.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To liaise with external & internal parties e.g. customs, ports and related authorities with regard to all operation system and procedure of the company.

· To follow instruction given by Executive or Manager to meet dateline and client demand.

· To entertain all inquiries and comment from clients and authorities.

· Provide EPDA to customer upon request and follow up.

· Ensure all vessel operation file is done properly and hand it to Admin Department.

· Monitor emails pertaining to the branch and ports.

· Responsible for sign on/off for crew vessel.

· Communicate immediately for any additional service requirements, product and special requests by the Captain, Owner, Charterer or Principal.
