Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, office supplies, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting
Involve yourself in the safety team as required by location
Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
Communication with drivers, operators, customers on site, and leadership team
Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
Look for missing product in storage locations
Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory
Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentation
Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications
Audit existing data for inaccurate data
Accurately identify, log, and document potential damages
