Shipping Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY


The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the shipping operations, including processing courier services. The position also includes coordinating between the plant and the distribution center. They will handle letter of credit documents for courier services as well as weekly scrap sales with vendors and the finance team.


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Process shipping operation
+ Process the courier service
+ Scrap sale
+ Perform special assignment
+ Perform the audit of transfer form (Plant to DSDC) data daily
+ Coordinate between DSDC and plant shipping request
+ Perform the activities – hand carry document, consignment, SRMD
+ Process courier service request
+ Coordinate and arrange with courier service shipment
+ Perform the weekly scrap sales with the vendor and finance
+ Courier L/C ( Letter Credit ) document
