Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea. is looking for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Tarragona, Spain. You will govern sanitation and public health compliance for all shipboard food and beverage areas. The role involves overseeing Galley Stewarding operations, preparing for public health audits, and training crew members.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cruise hospitality operations, leadership experience, and knowledge of USPH/VSP regulations. Certifications in HACCP or ServSafe are preferred.
