Shipboard F&B Sanitation & Compliance Leader

Silversea is looking for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller in Córdoba, Spain. This role ensures hygiene and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage areas. You will oversee operations of the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in cruise or luxury hospitality, with strong knowledge of public health regulations, and must possess leadership and training skills.
