Summary

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Mining, the Shift Supervisor is tasked with the general supervision, direction, and meeting the objectives of a specific mining project or assignment, through the safe, efficient use of the equipment and teams. The position will act as a liaison between the employees and the management staff, as well as the physical presence representing the company at a worksite.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires completion of pre-employment/pre-access testing.
