Walor North America is looking for a Second Shift Supervisor to join its Forging team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and training the production associates to ensure production plans are met, while enforcing policies, processes, procedures, safety requirements and quality standards for on-time delivery of parts to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and training the production associates to ensure production plans are met, while enforcing policies, processes, procedures, safety requirements and quality standards for on-time delivery of parts to our customers.
What you will do
- Ensure all direct reports follow all current safety regulations
- Ensures shift data and records are accurate and up to date
- Verifies information input into company software is accurate and complete
- Improve and maintain workplace environment (5S Standards)
- Create shift and work schedules and ensure continuous coverage of production (coverage for call-offs, vacations etc.)
