SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES –
Provide supervision to staff during shifts, including assigning responsibilities, changing responsibilities and/or assigned individuals as needed.Ensure program operates in accordance with pertinent regulations and agency policy and procedure.Ensure all individuals’ treatment plans are followed appropriately.Provide direct support services as needed.Monitor individuals’ health and safety throughout the shift.Ensure individuals’ diet and nutrition in all aspects (e.g. menu plans, weight records, etc.) are followed and documented as appropriate.Ensure that planned activities for community integration and/or recreation are completed and documented appropriately.
