We are now looking for a Shift Supervisor who will lead our team of Fleet Specialists in London.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Shift‑Lead, you manage a team of Fleet Specialists. You will divide your time between performing tasks in‑field (80%) and managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow‑ups of the team) (20%).
- Vehicle Utilization – You are out on the streets, collecting and deploying our scooters with a hands‑on mentality.
