DLF Star Tower, Gurgaon - Job Description – Shift Manager (QSR) Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve operational goals. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs. Monitor sales, productivity, and service efficiency during the shift. Handle cash, billing, inventory, and stock control accurately. Minimize food wastage and control operational costs. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets. Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth shift handovers. Experience: 2–5 years in the QSR, restaurant, or food service industry with good leadership and communication skills.
