Lead the shift with full responsibility for safety, output, and quality
Manage and motivate a team in a heavy industrial environment
Maintain strict safety standards across all operations

Solve operational issues quickly to keep production flowing
Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflow

Supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
Strong understanding of industrial health & safety
