Here at XPO, we’re looking for a full-time, permanent Transport Shift Manager to join us on our Night shift for our Arla (dairy) contract based in Aylesbury. You’ll need some flexibility to work across our operating hours; on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour day shift basis. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective running of our transport function.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,200 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
