What youll need
- Manage and oversee full security contract performance .
- Act as primary liaison with the client; conduct regular performance and SLA review meetings.
- Lead and manage security teams, ensuring discipline and operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers.
- Ensure PSiRA, OHS, and health & safety compliance , including incident reporting.
- Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rosters, leave, and absenteeism.
- Resolve client issues quickly and implement service improvements.
- Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities .
What youll need
- NQF Level 6 qualification (equivalent to a three-year National Diploma)
- Grade 12 / Matric pass (non-negotiable)
