Role Overview
The Shift Manager role at our Nationwide Children’s Hospital location is a leadership position responsible for supporting store operations, team performance, and guest experience during assigned shifts. This role functions as a key support to store management and plays an active role in maintaining operational standards, training team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
Shift Managers are expected to maintain open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in order to support business needs in a high-volume hospital environment.
We’re looking for dependable leaders who lead by example, communicate effectively, and take ownership of both people and processes. Shift Managers step in where needed, solve problems in real time, and help maintain a professional, high-performing environment—especially during peak periods.
