Guardian Glass is hiring four new Shift Managers at our Carleton, MI site!
The Shift Manager will report directly to the Production Manager, directly supervising salaried Production Supervisors, who themselves directly supervisor 5 - 12 hourly operators. The Shift Manager will work with and through their team to ensure all of the plant’s 24/7 processes operate smoothly and to plan during their 12-hour shift. The Shift Manager works with all Department Managers to understand the needs and requirements of the customers as well as develop their direct reports.
