Job Description
We’re urgently hiring team members, 18+ years old, who are available to work closing shifts (5 nights per week). Starting pay is $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience, for candidates who meet this availability.
Job Summary: This position performs, leads, and supervises basic operational duties to
provide quality products and service to guests.
Essential Duties:
Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp,
back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru (if applicable)) as
assigned to meet operational and quality standards.
Ensures team is working to capacity and meeting speed of service standards
Coaches and trains crew members on tasks.
Comply with all company policies, procedure, and operational standards.
Assist with new employee orientation and training.
