**The Role**
In this role you will be responsible for managing and leading a team in Trim/Final Process, developing operational plans or new processes, in support of the organization’s business strategies with a direct impact on the organization's overall business results.
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**
You will coach, train, develop and evaluate employees. You will provide assistance in analyzing and solving complex manufacturing problems, and assist in obtaining resources to effectively perform operations in addition to the following:
+ Nearly constant contact with others outside the work group
+ Administers divisional and Corporate policies
+ Meets cost, schedule and quality requirements
+ Maintains Corporate and unit management control systems, budget and other information necessary to monitor performance in addition to maintaining safety and good housekeeping standards
