Job Description
Position Summary: This position is fully accountable for the profitable consistent operations execution of a specific shift designated by the Owner/General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The Shift Lead reports to the owner/General Manager.
Essential Functions:
Ø Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
Ø Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
Ø Ensure the profitability of the business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
Ø Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs Culture of a cheerful and fun work environment.
