Insomnia Cookies is expanding to Ottawa, ON and is seeking a Shift Lead to manage store operations during late‑night hours. The Shift Lead will ensure excellent customer service, safe food handling, and efficient production while leading and training a team of cookie crew members.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience within the bakery.
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team.
