Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production employees during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are achieved.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
- Promote and enforce a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate machine changeovers, start-ups, and shift handovers.
- Investigate and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues in collaboration with support departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
