Your responsibilities:
- Reception & Customer Experience : Ensure the satisfaction and well-being of each guest by offering a warm welcome, active listening and personalised solutions. Be attentive to details to make each stay a unique experience.
- Coordination and Information Flow : Work closely with all departments (restaurant, wellness, housekeeping, technical service...) to guarantee a smooth and coherent experience. Facilitate the flow of information to anticipate guests’ needs.
- Customer Relationship Management : Strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring continuous quality of service and working to improve the establishment’s quality scor...
