Shift Lead Superintendent

Location: Destrehan, Louisiana, United States. A Day in the Life Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to‐day grain production operations while supporting the Plant Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity. Hours: swing shift role 7am‐7pm, 7pm‐7am, or 3pm‐11pm. What You'll Be Doing Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management share a common focus. Oversee assigned facility production activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations run at the highest levels of efficiency. Manage monthly sanitation inspections and lead, monitor, and ensure corrective actions are completed as necessary. Track and report on facility productivity improvements.
