Job Description
A Shift Lead is responsible for managing one working shift, completing duties outlined in the Baker job description, providing direct reports to the general manager, and handling attendance, KPIs, and performance reports. Exceptional communication skills, passion for excellence, and prior leadership experience are required to succeed in this role.
