The Role

As a Shift Engineer, you will:

• 4 Days on /4 Days off working pattern, average of 42 hours per week 
• Respond to and resolve maintenance issues across all hotel and club facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, checks, and stock usage in line with compliance and safety standards.
• Work with contractors and vendors when required to complete specialist tasks.
• Support health & safety protocols, including fire alarm testing and emergency lighting.
