Qualifications 1+ years of employee and performance management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience Work a versatile schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Speak, write, and read fluently in English 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Responsibilities Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sort operation, manage a team group to meet all building's goals. Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery Service Providers. Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
