Are you a passionate leader in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) looking to drive compliance and safety excellence in a leading food manufacturing environment?
Our client is seeking an experienced SHERQ Manager who can take ownership of the site’s legal compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and internal/external audit readiness. What You’ll Do: Ensure full compliance with SHERQ legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000) Manage legal appointees (e.g., 16.2s, SHE Reps, First Aiders) Lead investigations on incidents and ensure effective close-outs Own the full IOD (Injury on Duty) process and drive reduction in LTIFR/TRIR Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments Develop and execute training, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns Compile and present monthly SHERQ statistics and reports to management Oversee contractor HSE compliance and certification readiness What You’ll Need: A Degree in Occupational Hea...
