Job Purpose

Under the direction of the Team Manager, to provide support to the Shared Lives Team in order to maintain a high quality service to customers and carers, as well as play a key role in the development of the service in line with departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide support to the Shared Lives team, with due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding. This will include regular communications with carers and customers.
• To act as a point of contact for customers, Shared Lives carers and others on Shared Lives business processes and Shared Lives operational service issues.
