Shaft Operations Leader - Safety, Crew & Logistics

Durpro Workforce Solutions is looking for a Shaft Foreman to oversee operations at one of the world's important diamond mines in South Africa. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Shaft Section, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective crew management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in shaft operations, relevant certifications, and strong leadership skills. Required qualifications include a Grade 12 education and a valid Blasting Ticket.
