Minimum Qualifications Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate. NQF 3 or relevant qualification Requirements Medically fit to work in the specific business area. MV Competent (Applicable to Electrical Supervisor) At least 5 years’ experience as a Shaft and Construction Timberman or related role. (Foreman law and technical ability) Production Supervisor Certificate or Relevant Foreman Certificate – if a current internal employee does not have the foreman certificate, they need to obtain the qualification within 24 months of being promoted or they will be demoted back to their artisan/previous position Blasting / Rock Breaking Certificate Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate. NQF 3 or relevant qualification Clear security screening record.
