- Onsetter’s / Banksman Certificate.

- Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
- Clear security screening record.
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- MV Competent (Applicable to Electrical Supervisor)
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Shaft and Construction Timberman or related role. (Foreman law and technical ability)
- Production Supervisor Certificate or Relevant Foreman Certificate - If a current internal employee does not have the foreman certificate, they need to obtain the qualification within 24 months of being promoted or they will be demoted back to their artisan / previous position
