SFA Rollout Analyst – Sales Excellence & Analytics

Celestial Stars Arts Academy is seeking a proactive Sales Excellence Analyst to join its commercial technology team in Madrid. In this full-time role, you will actively support SFA rollout projects across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, engaging with global and local stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of SFA solutions.

You will gather and document business requirements, support configuration and testing, and provide post-go-live support during stabilization phases. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience in SFA or CRM are essential.
