Settlement & Medical Liens Case Manager

Rose Harper Law is a bilingual personal injury firm serving clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced, driven Case Manager to help push cases forward, get demands out the door, and negotiate med liens like a pro.

Pay

Pay: Depending on Experience (DOE)

What You'll Own

• Drive cases from intake through settlement readiness
• Identify, track, and resolve Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA & private liens — and negotiate lien reductions to maximize client recovery
• Draft case summaries and provider cover letters (8/month)
• Ensure medical records, bills, and documentation stay complete and demand-ready
• Keep clients informed and cared for at every step
• Manage a high caseload of cases depending on complexity

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of PI case management or legal support experience
